Information you choose to provide
When you contact Eugene, you may provide your name, email, phone number, property location, selling timeline, property condition, preferred language and message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the real estate services you request. Please do not submit account numbers, identity documents or other sensitive records through the initial inquiry form.
Website and email processing
The website uses GoDaddy hosting. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details in server logs. The form sends your information to the website server, which passes the message to the hosting email system for delivery to Eugene’s Gmail inbox. Relevant service providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
If online submission is unavailable, you can contact Eugene by phone or email, or follow the link to the separate Weichert contact page. Information you submit there is handled under that website’s privacy policy.
Cookies and abuse prevention
The online form uses an essential session cookie to help protect requests. The form stores temporary submission counters associated with a hashed IP address to limit automated submissions. Form messages are not stored in those counters. The site may include hosting-provider performance monitoring. It does not load an advertising pixel in this release. Clicking an external link takes you to a service with its own practices.
Retention and access
Inquiry information is retained as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable obligations. The website form does not create a public record or sell your inquiry information. Service-provider logs and email copies are governed by the applicable account settings and retention practices. You can contact Eugene to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Seller evaluations and recovery copies
Seller-evaluation requests include property details, contact information and campaign tags when available. To recover inquiries if an email notification fails, this form stores a private server copy for up to 30 days. Only authorized account administrators can access it. Mailbox copies and subsequent business records follow the retention practices described above. The standard Contact forms continue to use their existing email process.
Campaign attribution and optional ad measurement
Campaign tags and an ad click reference, when present, may be kept in this browser tab’s session storage and attached to your evaluation request. Form contents are not saved in browser storage. Session data expires on tab closure or after 24 hours. If OpenAI ad measurement is configured, a separate optional permission controls sharing of the ad reference and a successful submission event with OpenAI. We do not send your name, email, phone, property details, message, or hashes of them to advertising measurement. You can decline measurement and still submit an inquiry. We also respect the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal. No automated marketing consent is bundled with the inquiry.
